EDUCATIONAL DESIGNER, SAP

For the past ten years I have worked at Student Achievement Partners focusing on advancing teacher engagement and strategic initiatives. I started my career in education teaching high school science and have had various administrative roles from subject area supervisor to district superintendent as well as state department director and local school board member.  I am passionate about applying my passion,  knowledge and experiences in education and leadership to change outcomes for all students, particularly those who have been marginalized by our system.  Some of the projects that I have worked on:

• Led the Field Impact Team of Student Achievement Partners to establish a network of over 13,000 educator advocates.

• Led the development of Strategic Partnerships with state, district and provider partnerships in order to maximize access to quality tools and resources for professional learning.

• Created strategy based on work experiences as a teacher, principal, district superintendent, and SEA director.
